I wake up to the smell of coffee and rise to find my tall, kind of goofy partner fixing eggs and gluten free toast. He embraces me in the kitchen, and we dance a few steps. Our conversations are tender and full of connection.


The restaurant I’ve owned for years with my former husband has been sold and the money is in the bank waiting for me to invest.


I’ve raised a hundred thousand dollars for my nonprofit and am busy hiring staff to help manage the projects.


My mind is stable, without extreme mood shifts. Even in difficult times I am able to access equanimity and strength of spirit.

The house I live in has been painted, floors refinished, mini-splits installed, and the landlord has given me the option to purchase.


My newfound writing group meets each month and I have developed close friendships with the participants. I find purpose with my writing, enjoying the process and the results.


I am looking forward to a week-long Shambhala retreat and am training to be a meditation teacher.


My son and his girlfriend are engaged, and I hold a wonderful party in their honor.


My son and I are planning our tiny house village where we will create a sustainable community of 4-6 tiny homes with community garden, xeriscaping, rainwater cisterns and solar lighting. This will be an income source for us into the future.


My sister has achieved major recognition as a teacher of ancient knowledge, and I accompany her on a trip to India where she is guiding a large group through the country’s holy sites.


My father is enjoying the year with his partner savoring their time together and supporting her in her illness.


My childhood friend responds miraculously to the treatments and surgery, finds a supportive partner, and begins to laugh again.

My young friend responds in the best way possible to her bone marrow transplant and she and her partner begin planning an expansion of their business and a trip to Poland to visit her mother.


Our wealthy entrepreneur customer reconnects with Diego at the very moment the restaurant is selling and tells him there is a new opportunity to open a place in London. Diego has found peace with the death of his father and decline of his mother and discovered practical ways to support his family in Mexico.


My professor friend in New Orleans gets another raise and promotion and can reduce her class load, giving her time for contemplation, friendships, and travel.


My former crush and friend in New Orleans sells his business and finishes building his home in Utah. He also becomes engaged to his girlfriend.


My former business mentor has so much success with her online business mentoring program that she is able to plan an extensive stay in Mexico, finding her sweet spot for retirement. She also finds a brilliant partner who loves to dance and cook.


My good friend and physician decides to take on a partner in her medical practice and begins planning more time for herself, friends, and travel with her boyfriend.


My massage therapist comes into some money, purchases her house, and fixes it exactly how she wants, with a beautiful garden, massage room, and space for her father.

My writer friend Anabel publishes her latest novel to great acclaim and wins a literary award, providing the money she needs to fix up her beautiful old home and host parties for friends and family.


My spiritual sister breaks out of her isolation, finding a community of friends who support her. Her daughter is accepted to Texas A&M and enjoys her first year of college.


The couple who were my Covid lifeline get their 6-month visa to spend half the year in Lille, becoming fluent in French and enjoying their retirement.


My college friend continues to enjoy family and grandchildren and her work with the Master Gardeners provides fulfillment.


My quasi romantic friend Pierre has a wonderful trip to Africa that reinvigorates and inspires him.


The San Antonio Shambhala Center finds its niche and a host of new members, providing meditation and other classes throughout the city.


I am completely comfortable in my own skin and good at setting boundaries, enjoying every moment of this precious life while making a difference for people and planet. I also laugh – a lot!
